There are some factors that cause our delivery times to be slightly longer than others, but we believe these factors allow us to remain among the best when you need quality products.
We do not hold excessive inventory and operate on a just-in-time manufacturing process. This ensures that we only stock and print as much as we need at any given time.
To keep things fair, we have a production queue. This is the number of jobs that are scheduled in the production schedule. Each order that is placed is added to the end of the production queue, which is generally several days long. This method ensures absolutely fair scheduling and ensures that a large order placed after yours by another customer is not given priority, no matter how large or small your order is. For this reason, even small orders can take some time.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays due to the design not being in the correct format. Any delay due to design not being provided is the responsibility of the customer.

All deliveries are made by courier. When we ship your parcel you'll receive an email with your tracking details.
All parcels will require a signature.

*Please note that any customised goods with printed or embroidered logos are non-returnable.
Cancellations cannot be made on customised goods once an order has been placed. "customised goods" are any products you have ordered which are personalised to your own specification, for example, by the inclusion of a company logo whether this is embroidered or printed. If you are unsure if your item is customised please contact us before requesting cancellation.
