Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Damour Designs you are acknowledging the following Terms of Service and are agreeing to be bound by them. 

These terms and conditions unless otherwise agreed apply to all orders between Damour Designs and you the customer including new or repeat orders.

Damour Designs agrees to complete orders to the best of its ability to the specifications supplied by the customer to Damour Designs.

Any damaged good or shortages need to be brought to our attention within 48 hours of delivery.

Damour Designs will endeavour to accommodate any reasonable changes requested by the customer. Damour Designs reserves the right to charge the customer any additional costs incurred from this request and will notify the customer of such costs at the time of the request. Damour Designs reserves the right to amend the delivery time frame following any changes. Customisation will not be started until the new design has been approved by the customer.

The colours shown may not exactly match the colours of the actual garments. Please also make sure you check the size guide for each item before purchasing.

Damour Designs have the right to refuse any order, at their discretion, for orders containing, but not limited to:-

• Any copyrighted material, images or phrases.
• Offensive words, slogans or graphics.

Payment for any garments or goods shall be made when placing the order.

All garments remain the property of Damour Designs until full payment has been made, Full payment being the receipt of cleared funds in respect of the whole order relating to the goods supplied.

Damour Designs decides on a case by case basis whether it accepts the return of goods, except where the return of goods is a direct result of the failure on the part of Damour Designs to supply the correct goods in accordance to the order. Goods cannot be returned if they have been worn, or if they have been personalised in any way by the customer, or if they have been personalised by Damour Designs on behalf of the customer.

Please note these terms and conditions do not in any way remove, restrict or take away from the customer any of their statutory rights.
